Shipping:

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment (excluding weekends & holidays). You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it. Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information.

We do not accept international orders, as we only ship within the USA at this time.

Sales Tax:

We collect 7.45% sales tax on shipments to Colorado addresses, unless the purchaser supplies us with a signed official state resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate with the order. Purchasers outside Colorado are responsible for their state or local sales/use tax, if any, and any other taxes payable by reason of this transaction.

Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to ShinyPC within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or a replacement. All products must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by us. All items returned without RMA number will not be accepted. To obtain RMA number please complete Return Request Form or e-mail us at customerservice@shinypc.com for further instructions.

Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a restocking fee equal to either 15% of the purchase price or $15, which ever is greater. All products must be returned unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will be subject for additional fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

Warranty:

Limited Product Warranty: Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. ShinyPC, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days (unless stated otherwise under product's description) from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. ShinyPC reserves the right to repair or replace the product if limited warranty applies.

Customer must obtain shipping instructions and a Return Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise. Once the RMA is issued, customer must ship the products back in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. ShinyPC will ship repaired or replacement products to you freight prepaid.

Your Privacy:

Your privacy is very important to us. ShinyPC does not sell, exchange, or distribute your e-mail address or personal data to anyone. In order to ship products and contact our valued customers, it is necessary to gather some information about you. We feel it is your right to now how the information collected will be used.

Your e-mail will be used as a primary form of communication. We will send all order related information to the e-mail address you provide. ShinyPC may periodically send information about specials, giveaways, promotions and new products to you via e-mail. Please let us know if you would rather not receive these promotional announcements and we will be happy to remove you from our list.

Your address is only used to ship the product(s) to you. We do not participate in any direct mailings nor will we sell, share or provide your information to any company who does.

Generally, we do not monitor the age of visitors to our website nor is our website structured to attract any under age 13. Therefore we believe it is ultimately the parents’ responsibility to supervise their children’s online activities.
 

Online Security:

Whenever you provide any order information, we use SSL technology to make sure that it is "encrypted," or, scrambled, so that no one else can read it while it is being transmitted over Internet. After you place an order all information (such as your name, address, and email address) is safely stored behind a firewall.

Sales Agreement:

By placing an order at ShinyPC.com, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at ShinyPC.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized ShinyPC.com to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. ShinyPC.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
